VoNat Gets First International Volunteer

Riddhavee Kapadia, of the Colby College USA has joined Voice of Nature (VoNat)’s Proposal Writing and Resource Mobilization team. She was recruited recently as the Organization’s first international volunteer through Omprakash.

Kapadia, who has been part of different volunteer organizations in Mumbai has a special interest in children and local community development. She is passionate about design and content writing. The new international volunteer will be working with the fundraising team of VoNat to mobilize financial and material resources that will permit Organization proffer solutions to increasing environmental challenges in Cameroon, as well as provide alternative sustainability strategies to vulnerable children and youths in forest communities.

It is hoped that during her 1 month stay at VoNat, she will have the valuable opportunity to interact with people from a different background, network, gain and share knowledge and experience with other volunteers at the Organization, and have the fulfillment and happiness of making a real and valuable impact on nature, communities and the society
